COVID-19 Guidelines

The safety of our customers and our staff is our highest priority. These are our guidelines that we follow on a daily basis:

  • We always use new, clean, and disinfected cloths and mops for every cleaning

  • We sanitize our equipment in between cleanings and at the end of the day

  • We sanitize our caddies and sprayers in between cleanings and at the end of the day

  • We thoroughly wash our hands before, during, and after every cleaning

  • We wear gloves at all times replacing them between cleanings

  • We're disinfecting our frequently touched items (phones, tablets, keys, etc.) every single day

  • We are disinfecting our vehicles after each cleaning

  • We won't be allowing anyone to come work if they present symptoms of COVID-19

  • Staff that is living with someone who is displaying symptoms are not permitted to report to work until that person is asymptomatic for at least two weeks and cleared by a doctor

  • We will of course grant our employees additional paid sick days to self-isolate in the event of symptoms being present

  • We also ask our clients to inform us if they suspect anyone in their home or community might be infected or if they think they have been exposed to COVID-19
