COVID-19 Guidelines
The safety of our customers and our staff is our highest priority. These are our guidelines that we follow on a daily basis:
We always use new, clean, and disinfected cloths and mops for every cleaning
We sanitize our equipment in between cleanings and at the end of the day
We sanitize our caddies and sprayers in between cleanings and at the end of the day
We thoroughly wash our hands before, during, and after every cleaning
We wear gloves at all times replacing them between cleanings
We're disinfecting our frequently touched items (phones, tablets, keys, etc.) every single day
We are disinfecting our vehicles after each cleaning
We won't be allowing anyone to come work if they present symptoms of COVID-19
Staff that is living with someone who is displaying symptoms are not permitted to report to work until that person is asymptomatic for at least two weeks and cleared by a doctor
We will of course grant our employees additional paid sick days to self-isolate in the event of symptoms being present
We also ask our clients to inform us if they suspect anyone in their home or community might be infected or if they think they have been exposed to COVID-19
